Take time to wander the shops and boutiques of Lake Arrowhead Village and Big Bear Village. Enjoy two included dinners and an evening stargazing at the crystal-clear skies above.
En route to the San Bernadino’s, venture to the top of the San Jacinto Mountains on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and enjoy lunch in the cool pine air.

Day One
Leave the heat of the Valley and journey to the cool mountain air in Palm Springs. Ride to 8,500 feet elevation atop of the top of the San Jacinto Mountains on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. The ten-minute journey ascends 2.5 miles from the desert valley to the alpine forest. While at the top, cool off and enjoy and included lunch on top of the mountain. After lunch, enjoy the tram ride down before venturing to Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa where you’ll check-in for a two-night stay. Lake Arrowhead, known as “The Alps of Southern California”, is a beautiful mountain resort town in the San Bernadino. Enjoy free time to browse through Lake Arrowhead Village, which includes more than 50 waterfront shops, restaurants, and galleries. This evening, join your fellow travelers for dinner at Bin 189 at the resort. Featuring locally sourced ingredients, the restaurant offers lake views and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.
L, DDay Two
Enjoy an included breakfast at the hotel before climbing aboard the Lake Arrowhead Queen for a narrated tour. Learn the history of the lake and see the homes of famous celebrities on this classic paddlewheel-style boat. Then venture to Big Bear, home to many famous residents and a getaway for Hollywood celebrities. Movies such as Gone With The Wind, Old Yeller, The Parent Trap and War Games have been filmed in Big Bear. Enjoy lunch on your own and shopping in Big Bear Village. Here you’ll find unique shops, street performers, and diverse restaurants and bars. Return to the hotel where you can take advantage of the resort amenities or explore more of Lake Arrowhead Village. Lake Arrowhead Resort offers miles of Redwood and Eucalyptus lined trails, an all-season heated outdoor pool, private lake beach, lawn games and full spa. This evening, indulge in an included dinner before stargazing the crystal-clear views of the night sky. The area is known for its incredible stargazing, and you will see why!
FB, DDay Three
Enjoy a final breakfast at the hotel before taking an optional morning stroll to soak in the beautiful views and cool air one last time before the return trip to Phoenix.
