Ketchikan - Ketchikan is an Alaskan city facing the Inside Passage, a popular cruise route along the state's southeastern coast. It's known for its many Native American totem poles, on display throughout town. Nearby Misty Fiords National Monument is a glacier-carved wilderness featuring snowcapped mountains, waterfalls and salmon spawning streams.
Sitka - Sitka is an Alaskan city and borough near Juneau. It's spread over Baranof Island, part of Chichagof Island and others. It was part of Russia until 1867 and St. Michaels Orthodox Cathedral is topped with an onion dome. The 1842 Russian Bishops House is nearby. Sitka National Historical Park is the site of Russias defeat of the indigenous Tlingit people and has a trail dotted with totem poles.
Jueau - Juneau, officially the City and Borough of Juneau, is the capital of the U.S. state of Alaska, located along the Gastineau Channel and the Alaskan panhandle.
Juneau Alaska stands on one of the largest wilderness areas in the United States. Highlights of Juneau include Mendenhall Glacier, whale watching and the Alaska State Museum.
Denali - Denali, federally designated as Mount McKinley, is the highest mountain peak in North America, with a summit elevation of 20,310 feet above sea level. There are
great hikes, close to the visitor center varying from easy to hard (e.g. Mt Healy Overlook Trail).
