The property includes unique and beautiful grounds, and a variety of buildings set in a natural desert setting. The original structure, built in the 1950s, was an open-air adobe mission, constructed of traditional adobe bricks, built by DeGrazia and his friends. The galleries contain six permanent collections, and rotating exhibitions, of artwork that showcase native cultures and historical event of the Southwest.
