Description:
Take a tour back in time on the Arizona Historic Route 66. Known as the Main Street of America OR the Mother Road, Route 66 spaced our country as we know it today. Travel from the Western edge to the Eastern tip and receive a Route 66 Passport, noting several of the stops along the way.
Itinerary
| Day 1 |
Depart the East Valley for Laughlin. We will spend our first night at Edgewater where we will get a free buffet and free coffee and donuts. Now we are at the Western edge of Arizona Route 66.

| Day 2 |
Depart Laughlin this morning for a stop in Oatman on Route 66. Continue on Route 66 to Cool Springs where we will get our choice of a Free Route 66 hat or T-Shirt. Then we’re on our way to Kingman where we will have lunch at Mr. Dz (included). We will tour the historic Power House & Museum. We continue on Route 66 to Peach Springs where we spend the night. Tonight dinner is on your own.

| Day 3 |
Start the day with an early breakfast (included). We will leave the hotel by 8:00 am and tour The Grand Canyon Caverns. After the Caverns we will head to Seligman, Ashfork, Williams, and Flagstaff, where we will spend the night. We will have dinner at the Hotel Aspen (included). After dinner we will go to the Lowell Observatory then back to the hotel for the night.

| Day 4 |
After breakfast at the hotel (included) we will tour Historic Downtown Flagstaff. We continue on our Route 66 odyssey with Twin Arrows, Two Guns, and Meteor Crater. We will stop in Winslow next at the Hubbell Trading Post and of course “Standing on the Corner in Winslow, Arizona” park. We will have lunch in Winslow (on your own). We will have a tour of La Posada by a “Harvey Girl”. La Posada is one of the last remaining “Harvey Houses”. Continuing on we will make a few more stops and arrive in Holbrook where we will spend the night.

| Day 5 |
After breakfast at the hotel (included) we will go through the Petrified Forest and the Painted Desert and on to Lupton. We will stop at the Yellow Horse Trading Post. You can stand with one foot in Arizona and one foot in New Mexico in the Trading post! Then back to Holbrook to the Visitors Center for our last Stamp in our Passport where we will receive a gift for getting our Passport filled.
